Support This Practice

Forest path with stepping stones representing thoughtful and ethical guidance.

I used Google’s ImageFX alt test kitchen to create all images on this site and I used ChatGPT 3.4 to assist with producing the language on this site.

My coaching practice is grounded in principles of mindfulness, integrity, and non-harm. My services are intended to support self-awareness and personal development. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. I am not a licensed clinician, and my work should be understood as complementary to professional healthcare when appropriate.

If you have concerns regarding your physical or mental health, I encourage you to consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Ethical Foundations

My work is informed by the ethical framework of the Buddhist Eightfold Path, particularly:

  • Right Intention: Approaching each session with kindness, compassion, and a commitment to non-harm.

  • Right Speech: Communicating honestly and respectfully while maintaining confidentiality.

  • Right Action: Encouraging practices that support physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

  • Right Livelihood: Conducting my work with integrity and accessibility. Sessions are offered on a sliding scale consistent with the Buddhist tradition of generosity (dāna).

  • Right Mindfulness: Supporting clients in developing awareness of present-moment bodily experience.

Commitment

My goal is to provide a respectful and supportive environment where individuals can explore awareness, attention, and embodied experience safely and thoughtfully.
