Embodiment Coaching with Sarah Barker

With over 20 years of experience in adult education, two decades of meditation practice, and 125 hours of embodiment coaching training, I bring a strong foundation of knowledge and practical experience to this work.

Sessions begin with an initial assessment to clarify your short-term and long-term goals and develop an approach that fits your needs. The practices used in sessions draw from the training I received and continue to develop as a Certified Embodiment Coach with Embodiment Unlimited.

My Services

  • Initial Consulting Session

    45 minutes

    This introductory session offers an opportunity to experience embodiment coaching and explore whether it aligns with your goals.

    We’ll begin with a brief conversation about your background, current situation, and what you hope to develop through this work. From there, we’ll explore a simple embodiment practice such as a breathing exercise or body-awareness scan.

    Afterward, we’ll reflect on the experience and discuss whether ongoing sessions might be useful for you.

    This consultation helps determine whether the work is a good fit for both of us.

    There are two ways to work together:

    Regular Sessions
    We can establish a consistent schedule—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—to support ongoing practice and development.

    As-Needed Sessions
    You may also schedule individual sessions as needed, depending on your current situation and goals.
