Weekly Systematic Body Scan in Walkabout Mini Golf (VR)

Each Wednesday, I guide a systematic body scan meditation inside Walkabout Mini Golf, followed by a relaxed game on the front 9 holes of a community-selected course. These weekly gatherings combine immersive space with grounded somatic practice, creating a unique environment for presence, reflection, and playful connection.

We rotate among the beautiful virtual worlds designed by Mighty Coconut, choosing settings that support our practice and evoke a sense of calm and deliberate attention.

To Join:

🟢 You’ll need:

  • A VR headset

  • The Walkabout Mini Golf app is installed

🟢 To participate:

  1. Email me at sarahbarkerembodimentcoaching.com with a few sentences about why you're interested in the body scan practice.

  2. I’ll send you the password for our private room.

  3. In the Walkabout app, select Private Room and enter the password.

Come for the mindfulness and stay for the front 9.
