What are we saying yes to when we eat past fullness? And what are we afraid to say no to?
This 60-minute workshop explores the connection between food, boundaries, and the nervous system. It’s not about discipline or diet—it’s about deep listening. Together, we’ll explore how early conditioning, emotional habit, and internalized messages around nourishment shape our behavior at the table and beyond.
Through guided embodiment practice, reflection, and honest conversation, we’ll examine:
What boundary collapse looks like with food
Why “just stop eating” often doesn’t work
The difference between restriction and respect
How to hear what the body actually needs, and respond with care
Facilitated by a certified embodiment coach, media psychologist, and long-time lay Buddhist practitioner. No preaching, no fixing, just grounded inquiry and space to listen.
RSVP required. Space is limited.
