Concentration Meditation in VR: Training the Embodied Mind

  • Embodiment Coaching with Sarah Barker (map)

This is a 25-minute guided meditation designed to cultivate inner stillness through focused attention. Each session invites you to arrive fully, anchoring awareness—often with the breath or a subtle audio cue—to train the mind to rest. The practice supports attentional stability and embodied presence, even within the abstraction of virtual space.

You’ll be guided using language grounded in contemporary psychology and contemplative tradition. While the setting is digital, the practice turns inward. This is a space for tuning in—steadily, quietly, without distraction.

What to expect:

  • A quiet arrival in a nature-based virtual environment

  • Verbal guidance into the body and breath

  • Sustained, anchored attention

  • No overlays, no performance—just practice

Please RSVP 15–30 minutes before the session to receive onboarding instructions. The door closes promptly at 9:10 AM to preserve the integrity of the container.
